IT having been reported to the South Auckland Cattle Board by Inspector Runciman that a mob of Cattle AVere driven, on a public road through an infected pJa^e, on the 11th inst, to the estate of Messrs Morrin and Studholme at Morrinsville, the Board hereby declare the said estate of Messrs Morrin and Studholme to be an infected place under the Order in Council, dated 25th March, 1880, and the "Diseased Cattle Act Amendment Act, 1873."
