At the wool sale to-day, 9300 bales were offered, making a total of 38,800 bales catalogued the opening. The tone of the sale shewed a better demand, and good quality generally about the same as last year. At the wool sales to-day 10,700 bales were offered, making a total of 48,500 bales catalogued since the opening. The tone of the sales was animated. Cross breds were \ to Id lower than last sales.
