Nihilism Suppressed. St. Petersburg, August 20.
The Supreme Commission which was appointed by the Czar in March last for the maintenance of peace in Russia, has now been abolished. General Lonis Melikoff, whe was at the head of the Commi-sion, haa, as recently announced, been appointed Minister of the Interior.
