With increased facilities for supplying all demands upon them, they solicit from their constituents a continued measure of support, and from those who have not used their Brands hitherto a trial, feeling assured such trial will ensure a continuance of their custom. Their Steam Biscuit Factory in rear of the City Mills is now fully at work. The success that has attended their efforts in manufacturing 1 fir.st-clasi BISCUITS has compelled them to erect spacious premises. These are now nearly completed and tho erection of a second Revolving Oven, now on tho way from London, will enable them to double their outturns. No labour or expense has been spired to make this E-tablishment complete in every respect, and J. Byceoft & Co., respectfully solicit a continuance of that support they will always endeavour to merit. N.B, —Goods delivered in the City, on the wharves and Railway Terminus free of extra charge.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned GEORGE THOMAS HOGG and BARNETT HENRY KEESING, carrying on business at Ngaruawahia, in the Provincial District of Auckland, under the firm of " Hogg and Keesing," has this day been Dissolved, as from the twelfth day of July last, by mutual consent. All Debts due to, or owing by, the late firm, will be received and paid by the said Baraett Henry Keesing, who will continue the said business. As witness our hands, this ninth day of August, 1880.
