The second reading of the High School Reserves Bill was carried by 30 to 18. The Joint-Stock Companies' Act Amendment Bill was read a third time and passed. The Doga Registration Bill and Brands and Branding Bill were read a second time ; also the second reading of the Fencing Bill was carried by 34 to 16. The Thames Water Supply Bill was read a third time and passed.
