rpHE Pukekura District Board, hereby X give notice that it is their intention to STOP a portion of the public road on the Western boundary of sections 303 and 305 Parish of Te Rapa and to open in lieu thereof a road through the above sections. To stop the road on the western boundary of sections 51, 52, 53, and 54 Parish of Pukekura and to open in lieu thereof a road on the eastern boundary of the above sections. To Stop the road between sections 122, 123,128,127,124 Parish of Pukekura, and to open in lieu thereof a road through section 126, Parish of Pukekura. To stop the road between sections 165 & 166 and the road between sections 193, 194, 205, and 206, Parish of Pnkekuro, andto open in lieu thereof a road through seotions 151, 171, 192, and 205, Parish Pukekura. PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. The Tamahere Highway Distrit I Board have resolved, in accordance with provision contained in sections 92,93 & 91 " Public Works Act, 1876" to stop the roads undermentioned viz : — No 1. A road running through the property of the Piako Land Association, Dounded easterly by lots 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, Tauwhare containing 28 aore3 2 roods 19 perches more or less. No. 2. A road through the property of Mr Patrick Leslie, containing 30 acres 2 roods 22 perches and of the late John Crawford, containing 5 acres 2 perches adjoining sections 0 1, 52, 53, 58, 59, 03, 57, 55, oi Tamahere. No. 3. A road through the property of HakiriwhiTePurewa, through section 71, containing- 3 acres 1 rood 16 perches. No 4. A road through the property of Mr Patrick Leslie, section 42, containing 2 acres 2 roods 6 perohes ; and through the property of Mr H. W. Tinne, seotions 43 and 44, containing 8 acres 3 roods 24 perches. No. 5. A road through the property of Mr Browne Wood, bounded southerly by seotions 33, "4, 35, 36, 37, 38, containing 9 acres 2 roods 35 perches. No. 6. a road between sections 45, 69, and 69, 82 on the property of Messrs. Runciman and Rhodes, containing 10 acres 2 roods 38 perches. Garland, the following horses : — 1 Bay Pony Mare, no brand visible, unbroken ; 1 Black Gelding, medium draught," brand on near shoulder indistinct star and snip, unbroken; 1 Bay Gelding, star and hind feet white, heavy draught, unbroken, for trespassing on the Cambridge Highways.
