NOTICE is hereby given, that a meeting of the Trustees of the above di-striqt will -be, held at the Pukerjmu Rchool-roQrfi 0n Monday! 2nd day of August 1880, at which they iutend to MAKE a RAT IS of (8d) EIGHTPENCE in the £ on all rateable property within the District for the year ending the 31st day of March, 1881, to bo payable in one sum to the Collector at his residence, on the Ist day of October, 1880, at which place the rate-book will be open for inspection after the rate has been struck. THE Pukekura District Board, hereby give notice that it is their intention to STOP a portion of the public road on the Western boundary of sections 303 and 305 Parish of Te Rapa and to open in lieu thereof a road through the above sections. To stop the road on the western boundary of sections 51, 52, 53, and 54 Parish of Pukekura and to open in lieu thereof a road on the eastern boundary of the above sections. To Stop the road between sections 122, 123, 128, 1-27, 124 Parish of I'ukekura, and to open in lieu thereof a road through section 126, Parish of Pukekura. To stop the road between sections 165 & 1 60 and the road between sections 193, 1 94, 205, and 20(1, Parish of Pnkekura, and to open in lieu thereof a road through sections, 151, 171, 192, and 205, Parish of Pukekura. rt lhe Tamahere Highway District Board JL have resolved, in accordance with provision contained iv sections 92,93 & 94 "Public Works Act, 1876" to stop the loads undermentioned viz :—: — No 1. A road running through the property of the Pjako Laud Association, bounded easterly by lots 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, Tauwhare containing 28 aore3 2 roods 19 perchps more or less. No. 2. A road through the property of Mr Patrick Leslie, containing 30 acres 2 roods 22 perches and of the late John Crawford, containing 5 acres 2 perches adjoining sections 51, 52, 53, 53, .50, 63, 57, 50, 5i Tamahere. No. 3. A road through the property of Hakiriwhi Te Purewa, through section 71, containing 3 acres 1 rood 1G perches. No 4. A road through the property of Mr Patrick Leslie, section 42, containing 2 acres 2 roods 6 perches ; and through the property of Mr H. W. Tinne, sections 43 and 44, containing 8 acres 3 roods 24 perches. No. 5. A road through the property of Mr Browne Wood, bounded southerly by sections 33, 34, 30, 3G, 37, 38, containing 9 acres 2 roods 3.3 perches. No. 6. a road between sections 4.5, 69, and G9, 82 on the property of Messrs. Runciman and Rhodes, containing 10 acres 2 roods 38 perches.
