Turkey and Greece. Constantinople, July 19.

Trouble between Turkey and Greece over the required cession of territory to the latter for rectification of her frontier, continued, and a strong warlike feeling is manifesting itself in both countries. Hobart Pasha, commander of the Turkish navy, refuses to fight against the Greeks. The Porte continues to make warlike preparations, and Turkish troops are being despatched iv large numbers to the Dardanelles, where the fortifications are being strengthened.
