NOTICE is hereby given, that a meeting of the Trustees of the above district will be held at the Pukerimu fichool-room on Monday, 2nd day of August, 1880, at which they intend to MAKE a RAT 15 of (8d) EIGBTPENCE in the £ on all rateable property within the District for the year ending the 31st day of March, 1881, to be payable in one sum to tie Collector at his residence, on the Ist day of October, 1880, at which place the rate-book will be open for inspection after the rate has been struck. Notice is hereby given that a sufficient number of Creditors of the said Henry Becker not having attended the First Meeting of Creditors, appointed to bo held at the Supremo Courthouse, Auckland, on Friday, the 1 6th day of July instant, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, nor at the adjournment of the said meeting to this day, at the same place and hour, I have in pursuance of Sec 46 of " The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," appointed Thoma Macffarlane, Esq., of Aucklaud, Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, to be Creditors' Trustee of the property of the said Henry Becker ; and that the said Thomas Macffarlane has intimated to me, in writing, his acceptance of the said office.
