WaiTcato Timet Office, Friday Evening. Waikato Cattle Market.— Messrs Hunter and Nolan report:— At the Ohaupo sale on Thursday, 15th July, the yards were well filled with all classes of cattle and sheep. There was a good attendance of buyers for all descriptions offered, and, with f-w exceptions, all exchanged hands. There seemed an unsatisscd demand for dairy and young stock. "We quote : Dairy cows from £6 10s to £8 ss ; store cows, in fresh condition, from £4 5s to £5 17s 6d ; store cows, in low condition, from £3 10s to £3 15s ; yearlings from £3 to £3 12s 6d; weaned cahes from £2 to £2 7s 6d ; one and a half-year-old steers from £$ to £& $s; two-year-old steers from £4 10s to £5 ; three-year-old steers from 7s6d to £6', fat heifers from £$ to £6 10s ; fai steers from £7 to £8 15s ; fat wethers, 14s 96. each ; store lambs from 5s 3d to 7s 6d each. Auckland Cattle Market.— Mr Alfred Buckland's Weekly Report:— At the Haymaxket, on Friday, fodder was plentiful, and without alteration in value. Maize brought 3s 3d ; barley, 2s sd the bushel. In horse stock scarcely any business was transacted. On Tuesday hides further advanced — best quality reached 4jd the lb. ; tallow, 20s to 22s 6d the cwt. Sheepskins were in good demand, and ranged from is iod to 4s 6d each ; wool, in grease, 7Jd the lb. At Remueraon Thursday stock of all descriptions were in brisk demand. Dairy cows, at calving, brought from La to. Ll2. Fifty steere, in fresh condition, coming three years old, averaged L 6 13s 6d. Auckland-fatted cattle, 30s ; ship-borne,

Last week's prices, were fully maintained.
