Town of Ngaruawahia District Board,
ri^HE Anuual Meeting of Ratepayers of JL the above district will be held on Saturday, July 17th, At the Royal Mail Hotel, Ngaruawahia, at 7 p.m. Business : To receive the annual report and balance-sheet pf out-going Board, and to elect Trustees, Auditors, and Fence- viewers for ensuing year. PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
The Tamahere Highway District Board have resolved, in accordance with provision contained in sections 92,93 & 94 • • Public Works Act, 1876 " to stop the roads undermentioned viz : — No 1. A road running through the property qf the Piako Land Association, bounded easterly by lots 91, 92, 93, 94, 95. Tauwhare containing 28 aore3 2 roods 19 perchfis more or lees. No. 2. A road through the property of Jldr Patrick Leslie^ containing 30 acres 2 roods 22 perches and of the late John Crawford, containing 5 acres 2 perches adjoining sections 51, 52, 53, 58, 59, 63, 57, 55 r 54 Tamahere. No. 3. A road through the property of HakjriwhiTePurewa, through 8. ction 71, containing 3 acres 1 rood 16 perches. No 4. A road through the property of Mr Patrick Lwlie, section 42, containing 2 acres 2 roods 6 perches ; and through the property of Mr H. W, Tinne, sections 43 and 44, containing 8 acres 3 roods 24 perches. No. 5. A road through tho property of Mr Browne Wood| bounded southerly by sections 33, 34, 30, 30, 37, 38, containing 9 acre-« 2 roods 35 perches. No. 6. a road between sections 45, 69, and 69, 82 on the property of Me. srs. Runciman and Rhodes, containing 10 acres 2 roods 38 perches. A Plan and description of the above may be seen at the residence of the Secretary, Jas. McPherson,Kirikiroa, for twelve woeks from date.
