Turkey and The Greek Frontier.
Authentic intelligence has been received from Constantinople that the Turkish Government is inciting the Albanians to resist the Greeks in any attempt they may make to take possession of the district in Epirus, which the recent Conference at Berlin decided should be ceded to Greece for the extension of frontier.
