NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of the above named district intend Meeting on Saturday, the 17th of July 18S0, at the School, Ngahinapouri, for "the purpose of striking a rate of one shilling in the Pound on all rateable property in said district for a period of 12 months ending on the 31st day of March, 1881, to be payable in one sum on the 24 th day of July, 1880. In the matter of " The Debtors and Creditors Ant, 1870" and the several Acts amending the same and of the Bankruptcy of DAVID ELLIOTT of Hamilton, Builder, a Debtor.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a General Meeting of Creditors held on Friday, the 2nd day of July, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Court House, Hamilton, it was unanimously agreed that the said Debtor should be forthwith discharged from all Debts provable under the said Bankruptcy, and also that the above named Debtor (David Elliott) intends to apply at the above named Honorable Court on Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 1880, at the hour of Ten o'clock in the forenoon, or a 9 soon thereafter as he can be heard in that behalf for an order of discharge under the provisions of the said Act, and that the Trustees report in the above matter has been flled in the said Court.
