The Henorarium. Wellington, Yesterday.

Dr. Wallis, M.H.R., moves— "That the honorarium to be paid to members is only to amount to what they vote for, and those who vote for more receives none ; that the House disapproves of hypocrisy of voting against honorarium and afterwards pocketing it."
