The Garden.
Flower Garden. —There is but little to be done in the flower garden this month, except where additions are intended to be made and even in these cases the work is better deferred until the end of July. Any tender plants left out ot doors should be protected by mats, dead fern fronds, mulchings of straw, &c. Hand lights or bell-glasses may be used in some* cases with advantage. —J .B.A. in N. Z.
