DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some years past beeu carried on by FREDERICK ALEXANDER WHITAKER and LEWIS O'NEILL, under the style or firm of Whitaker aud O'Neill, at Hamilton, Waikato, in the business .of Solicitors, is dissolved by mutual consent. Mr F. A. Whitaker (who continues to carry on the business of the late firm in conjunction with Mr John Sheehan, under the style of Whitaker and Sheehan) will pay aud discharge all moneys and liabilities due by the late firm, and will receive all moneys due to the late firm. AT the request of a number of settlers who are desirous to inaugurate the Opening of the Railway line here in a few weeks hence by a PUBLIC DINNER, or other demonstration suitable to the occasion, I hereby call a Public Meeting to be held in the Hall on Saturday next, the 12th inst., at half-past 4 p.m., to test the feeling of the settlers generally on the subject.
