The Tamahere Highway District Board have resolved, in accordance with provision contained in sections 92,93 & 94 "Public Works Act, 1876" to stop the roads undermentioned viz :—: — No 1. A road running through tha property of the Piako Land Association, bounded easterly by lots 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, Tauwhare containing 28 aore3 2 roods 19 perches more or less. No. 2. A road through the property of Mr Patrick Leslie, containing 30 acres 2 roods 22 perches and of the late John Crawford, containing 5 acres 2 perches adjoining sections 51,52, 53, 58, 59, 63, 57, 55, 54 Tamahere. No. 3. A road through the property of Hakiriwhi Te Pure wa, through section 71, containing 3 acres 1 rood 16 perches. No 4. A road through the property of Mr Patrick Leslie, section 42, containing 2 acres 2 roods 6 perches ; and through the property of Mr H. W. Tinne, sections 43 and 44, containing 8 acres 3 roods 24 perches. No. 5.
