Hugh Mm ray, the young lad whoa shoil time ago was convicted ot stealing pumpkins and sent to Kohim.iv.ima, "\va-* charged with absconding from the school on or about the 27th of List month. Tho prisoner pleaded guilty to the charge, aii'l, in answer to the magistrate, he said he had run away because he did not like the school. The Magisiiato &aid he would have to send him back again, intimating that the lad's father would probably adopt some meaus of getting him out of the school provided he turned out a good boy.
