NGARUAWAHIA, Last Night. Death by Drowning.
A son of Mr William Jackson, working at Whitaker and Russell's mine, was drowned on Tuesday. The body has not yet been found. It appears ho bad been pl-iying in a boat opposite Huntley with some other childven, and fell overboard. Some setfcleix further dowu the river report having notioed what they thiuk were clothed- floating down.
