TTNDER and in pursuance of the U powers vested in the Council of the Borough of Hamilton by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, " and the Act* amending the same, the Council of the said Borough does hereby notify that it has established a Pound upon those premises, being Allotment No. 225 a in the town of Hamilton West, and Allotment No. 36 in the Town of Hamilton East, and that the said premises be and be used as public pounds.
