BOROUGH OF HAMILTON. Public Notification. TTNDER and in pursuance of the U powers vested in the Council of the Borough of Hamilton by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, " and the Act* amending the same, the Council of the said Borough does hereby notify that it has established a Pound upon those premises, being Allotment No. 225 a in the town of Hamilton West, and Allotment No. 36 in the Town of Hamilton East, and that the said premises be and be used as public pounds. THIS is to notify that under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Council of the Borough of Hamilton by '• Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and the Acts amending the same, the said Council do hereby appoint Richard Land to be the keeper of the public pound at Hamilton West, and James Coombes to be the keeper of the pound at Hamilton East ; and this is further to notify that the fees and prices set forth in the following schedule may be taken and. charged by the saitl keejfers.
