[FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT .] AUCKLAND, Last Night.
The District Inspector of Sheep and Cattle (Mr F. Lewis), accompanied by Mr Naden, M.R.C.V S.L., was engaged during Monday and yesterday in a tour of inspection through Otahuhu, Panmure, and Mangere, and the result will be detailed in a report which is to be laid before the Board at its next meeting. It is understood that no further symptoms of pleuro were perceived, and that the gentlemen are satisfied that the disease is not spreading.
