The Right Hon. J. G. Dodson has been appointed President of the Local Government Board, with a seat in the Cabin*; Sir H. E. Chamberlain has been appointed President of the Board of Trade ; Sir Gavan Duffy has been appointed Undersecretary for the Colonies; and Mr. Anthony J. Mundella has been appointed Vice-President of the Committee of the Council on Education ; Sir H. James lias been appointed A ttorney-General ; and Mr. Henry Fawcett has accepted office as Postmaster-General. The Right Hon. J. Bright has been appointed Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, the office which he held in the last Gladstone administration.
