NOTICE,

npHE South Auckland Cattle Board JL having found Pleuro-pneumonia to exist on the property of the Waikato Land Association hereby declare the district comprised within the following boundaries to be an infected place, under the Order»in-Council dated loth March, 1880, and the Diseased Cattle Act Amendment Act, 1873. The boundaries above alluded to are as follows, viz. : — BotTNDAEiKs. — Commencing at the north side of the new bridge across the Waikato River at Hamilton, continuing along the east bank of the river to a point where the railway bridge crosses the Waikato Eiver at Ngaruawahia ; thence along the east side of the railway to the railway bridge across the Mangawaro Creek ; thence along the south side of the Mangawaro Creek to where it oroeses the confiscated line ; thence along the confiscated line, in a southerly direction, to where it crosses the Waitakaruru Creek at Tahuroa ; thence along Whyte's road to Whyte's bridge; thence in a straight line to the Te Raunga eel weir; thence along the north bank of the Mangaonui Creek to its junction with the Waikato River ; thence along the east bank of the Waikato River to the north side of the .new bridge whioh crosses tho Waikato -at Hamilton. In the matter of "The Debtor's and Creditors Act 1876" and the several Acta amending the samo and of the Bankruptcy of David Elliott, of Hamilton, Builder, a Debtor. rilhid is to notify that at the First lneetJL ing of Creditors of the above named Debtor held at the District Court House, at Hamilton this day John Kuox of Hamilton, .storekeeper, was elected Creditors Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said David Elliott, and further that the said John Knox lias signified in writing to me his acceptance of the Trusteeship, and this is further to notify that I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid. Meetings. PLEURO-PNEUMONIA. Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association.

A MEETING of the above Association is hereby convened, to be held at Ohaupo, on TUESDAY (This Day), 27th APRIL, 1880, to consider the qnestion of the advisability of the appointment of a f eparate Cattle Board for the district of Waipa, and generally to devise means for the protection of the settlers, against pleuro-pnenmonia. Settlers not members of the Association are invited to attend, and offer the benefit of their experience to the Association. A MEETING of Ratepayers of the Kirikiriroa Highway District, will be held at the Royal Hotel, Hamilton East, on Wednesday, the 28 inst. at 2 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of considering a proposal made by the Piako Land Association to stop seventeen roads within the district, particulars of which have been periodically advertised i« the Waikato Times newspaper for twelve weeks.
