WESLEYAN CHURCH, CAMBRIDGE. Children's Concert.
The children's concert in aid of the Sunday School Library came off m the Public Hall, Cambridge, on Friday evening, and Ava& the niobt successful thing of the kind which has ever taken place in Waikato. The solos, recitations &c, by the children of the school were all rendered admirably, and were thoroughly enjoyed by the large audience — mustering 250 — present. The llev. Mr. Bull, Pastor of the church presided, Mr. Mackintosh and Mr. Jno. Houghton, jun., respectively did duty at the harmonium and piano. The Reverend Chairman read the annual report which was of a highly fjati&f.ietory tenoi", ami which we regret pressure on our space prevents our giving /;/ crtoi so. An excellent musicd progiamme was then gone through, and after votes of thanks to those who had kindly assisted at the concert, the large and delighted audience dispersed.
