IN consequence of Pleuro^pneunionia having Been found to exist among Cattle in the County t>f Waipa, the Pukakura Distriot Board, acting under instructions from, and at the request of, the Sot;th Auckland Cattle Board, hereby order all persons owning* cattle' depasturing on the roads or waste lands within the limits of the Pukekura District, to have them at once removed therefrom; and further notify that any owner of cattle neglecting cr refusing to comply with the terms of this notice will render himself liable to all ' the penalties provided under the Diseased Cattle Act, 1871, and Amendment Act,. 1873.
