rpHE South Auckland Cattle Board JL having found Pleuro-pneumonia to exist in the county of Waipa within the South Auckland Cattle District, hereby declare the said County an infected place under the order in Council dated 15th March, 1880, and "The Diseased Cattle Act, 1871," and "The Diseased Cattle Act Amendment Act, 1873." ANY Cattle imported by railway or otherwise into the South Auckland Cattle District are prohibited fiom being driven on the public roads without a certificate from the Inspector. IN consequence of Pleuro-pneumonia having been found to exist among Cattle in the County of Waipa, the Puk3kura Distriot Board, acting tinder instructions from, and at the request of, the South Auckland Cattle Board, hereby order all persons owning cattle depasturing on the roads or waste lands within the limits of the Pukekura District, to have them at once removed therefrom ; and further notify that any owner of cattle neglecting cr refusing to comply with the terms of this notice will render himself liable to all the penalties provided under the Diseased Cattle Act, 1871, and Amendment Act, 1873.
