NOTICE is hereby given, that any cattle owner inoculating, or allowing to be inooulated any cattle with virut for pleuro-pneumonia without consent of the Cattle Board will have his farm declared an "Infected District." South Auckland Cattle District.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Cambridge and the Cambridge Highway District are declared infected districts under the Diseased Cattle Act, 1871. and Amendment Act, 1873. A ll persons driving cattle on the public roada, or running any on the Waste Lands of the Crown without a certificate from any Inspector or two members of the Poard will be prosecuted. ALL Persons within the South Auckland Cattle District are hereby prohibited from driving Cattle on any Public road for 1 month from date without a certificate from an inspector or 2 members of the Cattle Board. 48hourp noticewill be required of any Person's intention to remove Cattle before the certificate is given. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Farm of Mr. Burke, Pukerimu, is declared an INFECIED DISTRICT. JOHN RUNCIMAN, Inspector of Sheep and Cattle, South Auokland District.
NOTICE.
HPHE South Auckland Cattle Board -L having 1 found Pleuro-pneumonia to exist on the property of the Waikato Land Association hereby declare the district comprised within the following boundaries to be an infected place, under the Order-in-Council dated loth March, 1880, and the Diseased Cattle Act Amendment Act, 1873. The boundaries above alluded to are as follows, viz. : — Boundaries. — Commencing at the north side of the new bridge across the Waikato River at Hamilton, continuing along the east bank of the river to a point where the railwaybridge crosses the Waikato River at Ngaruawahia ; thence along the east pide of the railway to the railway bridge across the Mangawaro Creek ; thence along- the south side of the Mangawaro Creek to where it crosses the confiscated line ; thence along the confiscated line, in a southerly direction, to where it crosses the Waitakaruru Creek at Tahuroa ; thence along Whyte's road to Whyte's bridge; thence in a straight line to the Te Raunga eel weir; thence along the north bank of the Mangaonui Creek to its junction with the Waikato River ; thence along the east bank of the Waikato River to the north side of the new bridge which crosses the Waikato at Hamilton. All Public sales of Cattle witlrn the South Auckland Cattle District are hereby prohibited for one month from date, in consequence of Cattle since destroyed being- affected with Pleuro-pneu-monia having 1 been sole! at the Cambridge Cattle sale on Tuesday last the 6th inst. Notice. IN consequence of pleuro-pneumonia having been found to exist amongst cattle depasturing on the Cambridge run, the Town Board acting under instructions from and at the request of the Cattle Board, hereby order all persons owning cattle depasturing on the Roads or "Waste Lands within the limits of the Township to have them at once removed therefrom, and further notify that any Owners of Cattle neglecting or refusing to comply with the terms nf this notice will render themselves liable to all the penalties provided under the Diseased Cattle Act, 1871, and Amendment Act, 1873.
