The building is 42 feet x 12 feet, all rimu, and the following furniture — Round table, 2 small square tables, rocking chairs, chairs, and kitchen chairs, matting, grate, double iron bedstead and mattress, single matresses, bolster and pillows, wash-hand stand and ware, mirrors, chest of drawers, towel stands, pictures, books, wash tubs and buckets, cooking utensils and crockery, wheel-barrow, water barrels, &c, &c.
