AT a meeting of the Ratepayers of the Kirikiriroa Highway District, held at the Royal Hotel, Hamilton East, on Wednesday, the 3rd day of March last, it was unanimously resolved to Stop a road running through the property of James Runciman Esq, containing 4 acres more or less, situated in the Parish of Kirikiriroa, bounded north-westerly by Lots 279 and 281, and north-easterly by Lots 278, 277, and 276. The above resolution having been approved and confirmed by the Waikato County Council at a meeting held on 2nd April, current. I, Andrew Primrose, Chairman of the Ktrikiriroa Highway District Board of Trustees, do hereby declare the said road to be closed, and it shall hereafter cease to be a public Highway.
