NOTICE is hereby given, that any cattle owner inoculating, or allowing to be inoculated any cattle with virus for pleuro-pneumonia without consent of the Cattle Board will have his farm declared an "Infected District." NOTICE. HHHE South Auckland Cattle Board X having found Pleuro-pneumonia to exist on the property of the Waikato Land Association hereby declare the district comprised within the following boundaries to be an infected place, under the Order-in-Counoil dated 15th March, 1880, and the Diseased Cattle Act Amend* ment Act, 1873. The boundaries above alluded to are as follows, viz. : — Botjndabies. — Commencing at the north side of the new bridge across the Waikato Eiver at Hamilton, continuing along the east bank of the river to a point where the railway bridge crosses the Waikato River at Ngaruawahia ; thence along the east side of the railway to the railway bridge across the Mangawaro Creek ; thence along the south side of the Mangawaro Creek to where it crosses the confiscated line : thence along the confiscated line, in a southerly direotion, to where it crosses the Waitakaruru Creek at Tahuroa ; thence along Whyte's road to Whyte's bridge; thence in a straight line to the Te Raunga eel weir; thence along the north bank of the Mangaonua Creek to its junction with the Waikato River ; thence along the east bank of the Waikato River to the north side of the new bridge which crosses the Waikato at Hamilton. Commencing at the north-eastern boundary of lot 162, and running in an easterly direction between lots 161, 153, 164, 155 on the north, and lots 163 and 155 on the south to a stream. No. 7. Commencing at the north-eastern boundary of lot 159, and running in a northerly direction between lots 169, 160, 161 on the west, and lots 152, 153 on the east to the boundary of loc 163. No. 8. Commencing at the south-western boundary of lot 148, and running in an easterly direotion along the southern boundary of lots 339, 338, 144, 143, 142, 141, 139, 138, and 137, thence between lots 129, 116, 122, and 121 on the north of lots 126, 125, and 123 on the south to the Mangavr ara Creek. No 9. Commencing at a point in No. 8, and running in a northerly direction between lots 338 and 339 to the Mangawara Creek. No. 10. Commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of lot 141, and running in a north-easterly direction between lots 136, 135, 134, 133, 132, 118, and 120 on the north, and lots 139, 138, 137, 131, 117 and 121 on the south to the Manga wara Creek. No. 11. Commencing at a point in No. 8, and running in a north-westerly direction between lot J 4 in the west and lots 139 and 136 on the east to the Mange, - wara Creek. No. 12. Commencing at the northeastern corner of lot 86, and running in a generally south-westerly direction between lots 86 and 92. No. 16. Commencing at the southern boundary of lot 71, and running generally in a northerly direction through lots 71 and 67 to the southern boundary of lot 6S. No. 17. Koad 62 chains 18 links, running south-easterly along north-eastern boundary of Lots 96 and 303.
