THE HARRISVILLE ESTATE.
So good an opportunity of purchasing really useful and well-bred farm stock and agricultural implements seldom occurs as that presented by the auction to be held at Harrisville, half-way between Hamilton and Ngaruawhia, by Mr. J. S. Buckiand. Some two yea '8 ago when Mr. Harris took over the Frankton Hotel he largely reduced his farming operations and a very important Rale of stock was taken. A considerable number of the young cattle, and naturally the piok of them, were retained. Kingof Barwood who for years had been the Champion Bull of the Waikato district was brought forward but bought in at a higher price than then offered. We notice that he is now again for sale and that thii ty head of the young stock have been bred from him. The t <venty-five head of dairy cows are the pick from the former sale retained by the owner. The implements comprise aMcCormicks reaper and binder in perfect order, a steam thresh* ing machine a long list of necessary agricultural implements, and in addition * larjre quantity of hay, oaten straw fit for chaffing, aud oats in bags will be offered. The sale will tafee place at one oclock precisely immediately after the luncheon.
