ESTABLISHED BUSINESS'S in the above lines to be disposed of, either separately or as a whole, the Proprietor retiring from Business in consequence of ill-health.
THE WHEELWRIGHT & BLACKSMITHS PREMISES consist of Workshop 100 ft. long, paint shop, outbuildings and yards. The smithie is fitted with three fires, benches, drilling and screwing machine, and every convenience for carrying on the business.
HHHE CABINET and UPHOLSTERY X BUSINESS consist of Shop and Showroom and workshop, each 70ft. deep, with large wood shed and yard.
THE IRONMONGERY PREMISES are fitted in the usual manner, with large warehouse in the rear. The stock consists of Furnishing and Builders Ironmongery and Agricultural Implements, many of which arc manufactured on the premises.
The Premises will be let on lease in each case at a low rental, if taken as a whole a reduction will be made ; or, if preferred, the Freehold or any portion will be disposed of. Stock to be taken at Valuation. A Splendid Building Site to be let on lease for 99 years in the best position in Hamilton. For further particulars apply to I. R. 1. Trial Stakes of — soys ; Nomination 10 per cent on amount of of stakes, weight for age, distance, 1 \ miles. 2. Publican's Purse of — soys. Nomination 10 per cent on amount of stakes ; distance 1 mile and a half. 3. Ohinkmuri Handicap of 30 soys : Nomination 2sovs ; acceptance 2sovs; distance, 2 miles. 4. Hurdle Rack of soys : Nomination, 10 per cent, on amount of stakes ; 8 flights of hurdles, 3 ft. 6 : distance 2 miles. 5. Maori Race of soys : Nomination, 10s.; distance, 2 miles. 6. Hack Race of soys : distance, 1 mile. 7. Co>*fc>oLATio>" Race for all beaten horses ; distance 2 miles. The remaining races left blank are post entries ; all owners of horses to be subscribers of £1 each to the race fund ; entrance money for Ohinemuri Handicap to be paid on 15th inst., and acceptance on 17th. Kopapa Race; for canoes carrying 2 men, 1 soy.; entrance, 2s fid. Foot Race Handicap : (all comers) 1 mile, 3 soys ; second, 10s. Entrance, <ss. Entries for All Comer's, Settler's and Hurdle Races will close on 13th March. Three horses to start or no race. All disputes to be referred to the Stewards, whose decision shall be final.
