Sandes, Box 27, Hamilton Post'Offlce " (or by telegram), on or before Saturday, February 28th, 1880, at 8 p.m. Weights will be published on Tuesday, the 2nd of March, 1380, in the Waikato Times. Acceptances and general entries to be made on or before Friday, the 12th March, at 8 p.m., addressed as above. All jockeys, except those in the Maori Bace, Jdaok Raoe, and Flutter, to ride in colors or they will not be parmitted to start. No entry will be received without being accompanied by the requisite amount of cash, nor later than the time named. In all post entry races four horses to start or no prize will be given. Waikato Turf Club rules will be strictly adhered to in all matters connected with the meeting. Entries t) state name and age of horse, also pedigree so far as known, and colors of riders. No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition: That all disputes, claims, asd objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Protests to be accompanied by 1 soy., which will be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. Qualification subscription for Nos. 1, 2, 3, and -i, 10s ; for <3, G, and 7, os. If funds will permit, stakes will be increased pro ruta.
