EARL BEACONSFIELD APPEALS TO IRISH PATRIOTISM. London, March 9.
The Premier (Earl Beacontield) has issued a manifesto addressed to the Viceroy of Ireland, in which he invites the opinion of country on question of the maintenance of unity of the British Empire. His Lordship further asks Ireland to express its opinion as to the necessity or otherwise for predominance of English influence in the councils of Europe.
