DISSOLUTION London, March 8.
It is announced to-day that Parliament will be a disisolve at Eastev. The general election takes place during April, and the new Parliament will, it is expected, be summoned for dispatch of business in the beginning of May. Sir Stafford Northcote, Chancellor of of Exchequer, will submit the budget statement to the House of Commons on Thursday.
