SUBSCRIBER has been favored with instructions to sell by auction, on the above date, at his Mart, Hamilton, Me George Mason's well. known Nursery and Farm, upon which is erected a comfortable Dwelling-house. The Nursery is stocked with a choice collection of all kinds of Trees and Shrubs. The property is within one mile of Hamilton. There are about 74 acres of really first-class soil ; and the situation, as regards convenience for rail and water carriage, cannot be surpassed. With the above lot will be sold Three Acres of first-class Soil, close to the Hamilton Railway Station, with frontage to the main road between Hamilton and the Station, and fully stocked with all Nursery requisites. On inspection by intending purchasers, the tarm will be found to be one of the best in the district. There are about 150 acres in good grass, and 40 acres ploughed and ready for sowing. The remainder consists of fern and bush land, covered with valuable timber. The farm is bounded on one side by a good creek, on the other by the Waipa River.
