Ange, Frederick McCarthy, Magoil Armstrong, Elenov C. Sperrcy, rebidents of Dunedin ; Edward Barrand, Wangauui; Henry J, Bilton, and H. M. Doleson, of Clnistclnireh ; Dennis OBrien, of Wellington. Ihe New Zealand exhibitor* are also awarded ten first-clabs certificates, live second and eight third.
Melbouknk, March 1. The A(fc admits that the Bevvy Ministry is in a Luge minoiity through the elections, anil recommends them to resign.
