PUNISHMENT OF OBSTRUCTIONISTS. London, February 28.
The House of Commons voted on the motion of Sir .Stafford Northcote, for punishment of members who obstruct business of the House by temporarily suspending them from the privilege of sitting in Parliament. The Liberals supported the Government on the question, and the debate lasted three days. Party feeling occasionally ran very high.
