Acceptances and general entries to be made on or before Friday, the 12th March, at 8 p.m., addressed as above. All jockeys, except those in the Maori Race, riack Race, and Flutter, to ride in colors or they will not be permitted to start. No entry will be received without beingr accompanied by the requisite amount of cash, nor later than the time named. I In all post entry races four horses to ' start or no prize will be given. No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this oondition: That . all disputes, claims, asd objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint.
