James Kunoiman, commencing at a point on the Hamilton-Piako Koad, and passing between Lots 276, 277, and 278, on the »orth-east; and Lots 281, 280, and 279, on the fcouth side. Length, 40 chains. Three Koads on the property of the Messrs Swarbrick, — No. 1, commencing at the HamiltonHukonui Koad, and running 1 southerly, between lots 155, 163, and 209, on the north-west, and lots 164, 171, and 173, on the south-east side; thence southeasterly, through lots 173 and 174, to the boundary of lot 175. Length, 86 chains. No. 2, running between lots 209 and 163, through lots 163, 162, and 161, to boundary of lot 160. Length, 70 chains 75 links. No. 3, running north-westerly, between lot 209, and part of 163, to the Waikato River. Length, 6 chains 30 links Plans and particulars may be inspected by ratepayers at the office of Mr Breakell, Engineer to the Board, at Hamilton, for twelve weeks from this date. JAS. YOU are publicly notified that it is the intention of the Road Board Trustees to STOP the road in the pari&h of Hautapu which passes between sections 241, 276, 217, 247 a, 248, 2G4, and 265 ; and that maps and description may be seen for 12 weeks at the office of G. All objections thereto must be left at the School House, Whatawhata, on or before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court, end a copy of every such objection mubl be left at the re idence of the Secretary, C.
