No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition: That all disputes, claims, a»d objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Protests to be accompanied by 1 soy., which will be forfeited if the protest is not sustained.
