NOTICE FOR TENDERS. TENDERS will be received by Mr Cowan and Mr Hutchinson, till Saturday, the 7th of February, for making a drain of 70 chains, more or less. Tenders to be at so much per chain. The drain to be sft. 6in. wide at the top, 4ft. deep, and 2ft. 6in. \*cide at the bottom, and all timber to be taken out.
