Tlie drain to be sft. Gin. wide at the top, 4ft. deep, and 2ft. 6in. wide at the bottom, and all timber to be taken out. All objections thereto, must be left at the Court-house, on or before the 15th day of February, 1880, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the office of the Town Board, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said court.
