THE HOME RULERS AND, THE IRISH DISTRESS. London, January 22.
A large meeting of Home. Rulers has been held, at which, on -the motion of The O'Donog'hue, a vote of sympathy was passed to the Irish peasantry in their distress, and their resistance to the landlords. A resolution was adopted at the same meeting binding the Home Rulers to maintain an independent attitude in Parliament.
