GERMAN CONVICTS FOR THE PACIFIC. London, January 21.
A Times Berlin telegram states that the Minister of State has been informed that the oaxoD^ Chambers of the Federal Council are discussing a project to found a convict colony in the Pacific, but that it is still undecided. The telegram adds that Bismarck supports the Polynesia Company no further than this.
