THE Trustees of the Kirikiriroa Hisrhway District have resolved, in accordance with provision contained in the "Public Works Act, 1876," to stop the Boads undermentioned, viz. : — A road on the property of t'apt. James Runciman, commencing at a point on the Hamilton-Piako Road, and passing between Lots 276, 277, and 278, on the orth-east ; and Lots 281, 280, and 279, on the fcouth side. Length, 40 chains. Three Roads on the property of the Messrs Swarbrick, — No. 1, commencing at the HamiltonHukonui Koad, and running southerly, between lots 155, 163, and 209, on the north-west, and lots 164, 171, and 173, on the south-east side; thence southeasterly, through lots 173 and 174, to the boundary of lot 175. Length, 86 chains. No. 2, running between lots 209 and 163, through lots 1 63, 162, and 161 , to boundary of lot 160. Length, 70 chains 75 links.
