PERUVIAN PRESIDENT FLED.
London, January 5. Advices from Peru state that the President of the Republic (General Prado) has fled, in consequence of the difficulty of prosecuting the war with Chili and Bolivia, because of the insecurity of his position. . , Signor Piorloa has been proclaimed Dictator of Peru.
