Acceptance moneys payable to the Secretary by Saturday, 10th January, 1880, at Criterion Hotel, Cambridge, before 8 p.m. Acceptance for Publicans' Purse will be received up to a quarter of an hour before the race. No entry will be receiied except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decission on all points shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 3sovs., which will be forfeited to the Funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. The Rules of the Auckland Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. Ten per cent, from prize in each event will be deducted for second horse. WALTER SCOTT, Hon. Secretary.
