Sydney, January 3. As the result of the enquiry into the railway collision at Paramatta last week, the Minister for Public Works has disrated the engine-driver of the express train, and has fined the traffic manager, who was on the engiuo at the time of the ooaliaion, a month's salary.
T he cricket match between the An-tra-liau Combined Ele*ven and Fifteen Viotorians was concluded to-day, and resulted in a victory for the Fifteen by 82 runs. I he Fifteen in their second innings bcorod ] 30, and the Eleven 88.
