IN reference to Mr Wayte's advertisement regarding the business hitherto earned on by me, I beg' respectfully to inform the inhabitants of Waikato, that, though I was cuinpelled by adverse circumstances to assign my stock to Mr Wayte (in value far in excess of his legitimate claim), that I have not in any way parted with the Goodwill of my Business, and that I hope in a short time to RG-open in Hamilton, and trust that the many friends who have hitherto supported me will do so again in my new venture.
